	If you are a Council or Housing Association secure or assured tenant and wish to swap your home you can complete this form and your details will be placed on the on-line register, you can also fill out the on-line form at www.homemove.org.uk. Once you are registered people will see only your phone number, and not your address, and will contact you directly. To search for possible matches yourself you will need access to the internet, or the help of someone with internet access.
